Setia Bayu is a genuine service-area car rental business. Customers book online or through WhatsApp, then meet the team at a confirmed location such as KKIA, a Kota Kinabalu hotel, Airbnb accommodation, Jesselton Point, Sutera Harbour, the cruise terminal, or another agreed point.
Our administrative and operations office is not a customer-facing rental counter, so we do not offer walk-in vehicle collection. Please confirm the exact handover location, timing, access, and any applicable fee before travel.
